CHOW WITH SPAHGETTI SQUASH

INGREDIENTS:
2  1lb ground turkey flats.
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil.
1 Large onion
4 garlic cloves
2 carrots
2 celery sticks
2 1/2 cups broth.
Kale 4 or 5 good cups. It cooks down
Spices Teaspoon or more of each.
Cinnamon, Thyme, Pepper, Paprika and McCormick Taco seasoning.
2 cup Cauliflower chopped
1 16 oz can or homecooked kidney beans.
3 Tablespoons red lentils
1 can Stewed Tomatoes

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

First chop up onion and garlic and saute on medium high until they look glossy.  Don't worry about being exacting, it's all going to cook.  When it is done, if you want you can turn it off while you cut up the veggies or cut the veggies while it's cooking, your choice.

Cut the carrots, celery into bite size piece and shred the kale into bite size piece and add to the pot.

Add the soup broth.  Turn to Medium high and add the meat.
Yes these were frozen, don't worry about thawing them out.
Don't worry about it being frozen just put it on top of the veggies, it will all thaw and cook.

Put the lid on.   Medium High.

Check it now and then and break up the meat, turn them over and break apart.
When all the meat is thawed out and lookig cooked add the spices.  Notice that there is a lot of liquid, this is good.  Mix in and cook some more.  By now there should be no more pink in the meat. Turn to medium low.  Now if your stove top works different you can turn it up a little higher, just as long as it's simmering a little.

Add your stewed tomatoes.

Next add kidney beans, lentils and cauliflower.
Use the cauliflower as a timer, when it's done the meal is done.
Mix it in an cook on

Lentils:  3 Tablespoons to 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil. When they turn yellow from  orange and open up their done.  They have a very nutty taste.  Left is uncooked and right is cooked.

 Now if you watch my
