This recipes is just so simple.
1 1/2 cup of cold rice.
1 jalapeno. If you do not like heat add 1/2 bell pepper.
1/2 white onion.
1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
A bit of cheese.
Dice Jalapeno/Bell pepper and onion.
In a small pan add oil turn burner to medium high
Add onion and jalapeno and saute.
Add rice and Stir until rice is is very hot. And your done. It's that easy.
Here are some other things you can add to make it your own.
1. Scrambled eggs.
2. Chives.
3. Diced sausage.
Basically if it sound good try it.
Or have a cup of broth left, soup. :)
