BASIC: CHUKA SOBA NOODLES

These are so easy too cook and because their so easy you can make a really quick not complicated meal from them with hot or cold noodles.  














 You do not have to bring the water to a rolling boil.  As soon as you see small little bubbles forming at the bottom of the pan add your noodles.
 Push the bricks down under water. 
 As they cook they will loosen up.    Take a fork and gently separate noodles.
 Now we can see the starch coming out.   Remember all noodles will release different amounts of starch.   
 Ok here we go. Lost of starch and you can see lot's of bubbles coming up on the side.  Ok now set a timer for two minutes.  When the timer goes off your noodles are done.

For hot noodles do not cool down in water, just strain then and cover.

For cold noodles.  Submerge them in cold ice water until chilled and drain. 

Yummy Chuka Soba noodles ready for you to eat.
